Thank you so much ! I’m going through a nightmare divorce from my husband… the pain in my chest is unbearable sometimes and it’s true a part of me still wants him … he has hurt me mentally and physically for years … but he has denied ever touching me … he has . I tried to force him to get help … that didn’t work .. I trying to go no contact… he has a restraining order against me … he has tried to contact me 3 times in last week … I need to stay strong … sell the house he abandoned.. he just left after he threw a frying pan into the counter twice so hard it bent … but it never happened… according to him … I feel like I’m losing my mind sometimes… I’m doing the sessions… but he took the money out of our joint accounts.. the betrayal is so deep … I will find my self … start over … try to stay away .. his father was an alcoholic…

I really feel that if you state something that isn’t YOUR reality – people can argue it – including about God!

I can only imagine a narcissist coming back with “what about YOU not listening to God!” which then starts an argument and you needing to defend yourself.

Less wiggle room is best!
