It has been awhile Melanie, but I am still here..I knew if I backslid and needed support on addressing the same old abusive “Narc Triggers” , that my all knowing self , thought I had conquered, was to regroup..All I had to do was come back and Truly absorb what U were explaining to all of the Victims, blindsided by this evilness..I have shared with many unaware folks ,the unbelievable hurt and emotional pain that comes with Narc abuse..however, only professionals, such as yourself, can guide us/The Victims , to recovery…The highs and lows of the experience and journey to recovery, from the molestation of Narc mayhem, is EPIC!..One day you think it’s going to be okay😶the next day all you feel is darkness and defeat..While trying to warn and help anyone you run into, that is innocently entering into this Circus🎪 we still are drowning inside.. the years soothe Us to a certain degree.. We wrongly think we have the answers…Only therapy and releasing the trauma is the key…Our abusers are hellacious by never giving us closure..It is like leaving a cancerous tumor unattended..Even if it was just a nick, we as human beings, fickle, duped or just naive, will 4 ever , never rest until we have some sort of an conclusion..That wasn’t part of their plan..That is the crime..they knew coming in that we meant Nothing..Nothing to them…You will be hearing from me.. We all thank u for your comfort💐

Everything you mentioned not only applies to Narcs but also. Narc organizations. Its profound because I’ve seen it in both.

giving in is not best for our children, it teaches them to acquiesce and allow their boundaries to be compromised.

I haven’t seen or heard from my daughter for 2 years as the narc has taken her over. I have spent past 2 years fighting him in court where he has completely taken over all court reporters due to the fact they don’t do due diligence to spot that most of his testimony about me being mad and abusive is false. I have used your narp programme to try to heal myself whilst still having to try and protect/retrieve my child out of his control. Its exhausting and traumatising as he can play a system that is set up to give men power over their wives and children. I have tried to disengage spiritually but its tough when you hear your child repeat the words of the narc and believe his version of events, even though she’s seen him arrested for hitting me etc. I can see how he’s messing with her head in the same way he messed with mine.

Dear Melanie
I got sucked in again yesterday over arrangements for the children and find it difficult to keep to the boundaries if I think they will affect the children detrimentally. He obviously knows I am like this so no reasonable options are ever forthcoming. Is the only solution to do something which is best for me but not best for the kids?

Have you considered doing the inner work to go totally free of all of that?
