I have lived the triangulation for about 4 years now. What started out as a close friend of mine, to felling something was off when she asked my husband for a piggyback ride behind my back! Then I ended that friendship with her only for her to turn to my husband for friendship. Texting 45+ times a day, late night phone calls, actually any time of day. This woman is single and almost 20 years younger than us! Then they began using an app that would permanently delete all messages to where they couldn’t be proved in court! The constant lies about going out with her when he didn’t take me in public for the last 4 yers. To staying out till the next morning with her and laughing about it with her to my face! To taking her lunch several times a month when I didn’t get a birthday, Mother’s Day, Christmas, anniversary gift for 4 years! To rushing out to console her and talk her out of a bad place! While I lived daily with bipolar and instead of helping me battle my racing mind that brings me quite frequently to want it all to just end. He has me thrown into and taken by the police to a mental hospital to watch me and “get me the help I need”! I’m
Basically told to “ sit down, shut up” and he will be friends with whoever he wants no matter if I don’t like them. He “ will always choose a friend over me”! ( disclaimer: we have been married two times, the first for 18 years, divorced for 2 then remarried in 2017. I have had a boss smear my name to everyone I come into contact with. I believe this boss has also forged my signature to documents as well and hacked my phone. I just have to get to the business of proving it. This person belongs in jail. They have triangulated me to the point that I can not interact with anyone without them knowing exactly what I said and what the other person said as well. My family believes I deserve absolutely no privacy and that my one purpose in life is to be lied to and serve their needs. These people are ugly. I am losing my loved one. A kind and beautiful soul. A soul so pure and full of love. The blackness of the narcissist’s heart has no empathy what so ever for my situation. They do not understand what it is to love another and then have to part with them. My loved one is going back to heaven and that is where his soul belongs. A soul so pure and beautiful as that only deserves heaven, only deserves the best. He will get it!!! These narcissists have already traded their soul for temporary antics and feelings of superiority on Earth. They miss the big picture. They will never know love, they will never know joy, they will never know God. So if my loved one passes on, please rejoice in his life. Everyone who met him loved him. He was sweet and kind. A narcissist doesn’t know how to be kind (genuine kindness). He did. He was a genuine and kind soul. God bless him. And thank you all for you prayers that he pull through as he deserves to live a full and beautiful life, narcissist free!!!

Wow, Fay, thank you for your kind words.

Perhaps I was emboldened by a certain movie star (another man from California) who was awarded victory by a jury today because his ex is a lying, perjuring, can’t-act-actress narcissist. I usually loathe such tabloid noise, but this trial has definitely drawn a line in the sand for good men (he’s no saint, but he didn’t deserve HER) who are abused “behind closed doors” by unbelievable, certifiable cruel sociopaths who only seem to selfishly care for the public pain of others they claim to love and as much money as they can squeeze out of somebody, even to their death. This really happens: by nasty women to (mostly) good men. And yes, nobody is perfect, but nobody deserves abuse, whether narcissistic, sexual, physical, financial, social, professional, or otherwise. Of course, men do it to women, men do it to men and women do it to women (and it “goes rainbow” with LGBTQI, too). These (triangulation, other forms of narcissistic abuse…) are BEHAVIORS. Like suffocating a fire, these behaviors must be starved of their oxygen (narcissistic supply).

I’m so glad to see the abused and recovering among us speaking our truths. Here, there and everywhere. Happy World Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day, everybody, although I’m a day late in much of the world.
