Victims of narcissistic abuse-
Are told to go no contact, form a support network, which include but not limited to family, friends, co-workers, etc., to set boundaries, seek therapy, build self-esteem and move on.

Narcissistic abuse often follows a repetitive pattern of behavior from the narcissist toward their targets. The cycle is meant to help the narcissist build connection and devotion, and to then use that in order to control their victims.

Every narcissist, as they don't change, goes from victim to victim, causing the damage to lives with no remorse and has no fear of anyone knowimg the truth about them because nobody tells their truth about what the abuse they endured. Why is that? Why is the abuser protected and not the victim? Why shouldn't people know who they are, what they are capable of and what a person has gone thru by the intentional deceit from the narcissistic?

The narcissist knows dam well what they are doing, what tatics to use, what to say and use to get sympathy, how to fake their lives and manipulate people into thinking they are loved. They choose to abuse their victims and they choose how they do it. They use what works from victim to victim. Now tell me they don't know what they are doing.

Why are we allowing them to continue to abuse and damage others? When one speaks the truth about the abuse, when they share what they endured would hold the narcissistic accountable, would warn others of what they are capable of doing and would be seen and known for what they have intentionally done to another human being.

Victims are shamed enough, why isn't the narcissist? Victims live with the consequences of the narcissistic, shouldn't it be the narcissists consequences for their deceitful words and actions?

Because of the ways Victims are told how to deal with what they endured, our society has grown with narcissism. It will continue to grow without the acknowledgment of it even happening.

Sharing is caring, isn't that what they say? Sharing, telling or showing is not revenge. If it could prevent one person from the hurt and pain, the abuse and the mental anguish, than one is better than none.

Narcissist continue their patterns because they are not held accountable. What is the fear of the wrath of a narcissistic? They already have done the damage by the choices they made. What, they can spread more lies about you but anyone can spread a lie. They can cheat with another, but they already have been cheating. They can make life more miserable, if your at this point hasn't life been miserable already.

Narcissist have names but we refer to them at Narcs. Why are we not referring them to who they are? Victims of the abuse can post anonymously to get advise and help from others online, Facebook, YouTube. As I have read many, many stories of abuse, they are just referred to a narc.

It's time-

Facebook has pages where you can post about a person's red flags, the abuse they have bestowed, pictures of them, and what to warn others about the person.
Narcissist need to be held accountable, people need to be informed about them and what they deliberately do to others for their satisfaction and/or ego.

Where's the fear? Kids find out, they already see and hear it in the household. Family finds out, as they should already know but if they don't mothers, fathers should know who they raised. Brothers and sisters should know what their siblings do to their men and women. Abuse is abuse, with all levels of severity. A narcissist is a narcissist, they chose the level of severity.

Narcissist will continue with the abuse from one victim to the next. If there are known, it could prevent another victim from the abuse.

I know that what I endured for 6 years, I would not bestow upon an enemy. So why wouldn't I help a stranger from the same.

It's Time- to stop protecting the narcissist. We need to protect others from the same narcissist that already abused you and moved on to the next supply.

KARMA IS NOT REALITY. KARMA IS NOT A CONSEQUENCE.

Narcissist don't have consequences, they just move onto their next victim as they play the victim.

It's Time the Narcissist is known.

To expose a narcissist you must do this when you are still on good terms with them. At least when they believe things are still on good terms. When they are ‘love bombing’ or paying you a lot of attention, talking highley of you. The red flags are always there from the beginning, we chose to ignore them. But If you dont, you can tell people that you believe they are narcissistic (mention facts and behaviors), and one day you this same person is likely to put up a smear campaign like they did with so and so (Narcissist always have more than one victim). Also search look within the narcs. inner circle they will be more victims (they may be their minions narc suppliers) but deep down they already know the truth. Gauge the scene just drop in seeds, plant seeds and then walk away…. block and live your best life……

I work with a narc, I complained to my manager informally s as she was constantly attacking me verbally, the narc apologised, some weeks later the narc complained about me informally, our manager told the narc to get used to my sense of humour, thankfully my manager is intelligent enough to see the narc was just trying to get back at me. I have had a lot of experience with narcs, I am now 54, both of my parents and my ex husband who I was with for 20 years with whom I have 2 beautiful daughters with, the youngest I lost custody of (yes I’ve been there too) she is now old enough to make up her own mind and lives with me and doesn’t see her father. So back to the narc at work, again she attacked me verbally on a day that I was feeling weak. I decided to make a formal complaint to HR and couldn’t believe that the HR manager knew why I had come to her because she was outside the office door and had heard everything that the narc had said saying that the narc was very rude and very aggressive towards me and would be a witness to the complaint, now that is how the universe works when you have done all of the hard healing work with the help of this amazing forum and Melanie’s un faulted support. The narc had had her first warning and we now only speak when it’s absolutely necessary. I know I am great at my job and I am an amazing person and that is why the narc attacks me so much. Much love to you all xxx

Any “codependent” that does something or creates something “for the narcissist” is a narcissist pretending to be Bonnie to their Clyde or Farrah to their Ryan. It just ain’t the facts and embarrassingly stupid and immature anyway. How does a narc get someone?Try to make them one too and trashed enough to hopelessly be their equal.

Narcissists get overly concerned about social media. Even other people’s posts, no matter how dumb or absurd or immature they seem, is an excuse for a narcissist to create drama any other person wouldn’t even react to or care about.
