Hello,
I have just discovered my husband is a narcissist in the last few months. We have tried counseling but he continues to blame his anger on my withdrawing & protecting myself from his verbal & emotional abuse. We have two young children.
What I don’t understand in all of these posts about leaving the narcissist is how? I have no money no family & no job ( I have been a stay at home schooling mom since they were born). How do you get a place to go with no money? I already called the local shelter & I can’t get help if it’s only verbal & emotional abuse. How can you take the children with you if it’s against the law to take them from the other parent? I would really appreciate some concrete help here.
