Thanks for the response. I think my ego gets in the way sometimes of me doing the work and releasing my pain, it is like the pain is familiar and some part of me wants to hang on to it. But another part of me really wants to let the pain go. So I will check out thriver for sure. Thank u :-)

Hi Molly,

you are very welcome.

Please know "time" is not the determinant ... and truly you can choose your experience. We are the creator of it!

It doesn't have to drag on or even be two steps forward and then some back. And that is no judgment and not even right or wrong one way or the other.

It comes down to what you decide to choose.

Molly, if you do want a faster way through to the True You and Thriving then I can't recommend considering Thrive, www.melanietoniaevans.com/thrive , enough!

Much Love to you

Mel 🙏💞🦋

Thanks for the article of encouragement. I have noticed that I do the work, go within and heal my wounds and start to feel better. Once I start feeling better then I stop doing the work and end up getting triggered by a narcissist again. Melanie, I am glad to know that you have been there (in pain, having your life in a disarray). It makes me feel like you understand. It is also encouraging to see that you turned your life around.
I do think about my situation differently than I did before starting NARP and I think it is best to be consistent with the work. I think my ego is getting in the way of me doing the work continuously and falling back into my old way of being. It gets discouraging to fall off from doing the work and falling back. I am just surrounded by narcissists and unfortunately I can not block them from my life. Not from lack of wanting to, but because the narcissist never wants to leave me. But I am sure once my being changes then the narcissist will no longer want me. I will just keep doing the work until transformation occurs. I suspect everyone's journey is different. This is my journey and for me my healing has been gradual, with 2 steps forward, then 2 steps back, then 3 steps forward and 1 step back... you get the idea. It is different for everyone and if you all are experiencing a quick recovery then I am so happy for you! But this is my journey and I am learning to accept it for what it is.
Thank you, wishing everyone well and healing going forward

As much as I would have loved to fully indulge in the programms offered, I still belive that I can still find it within me to work on just what you share in all your platforms. I will not let my financial difficulties to participate in the program stop me from still doing the inner work. It's a long stretch when you don't have practical work or references to help like the NARP but I still commit to doing the work myself based on the fact that I have realized why it's happening for me and also being awakened to the fact that this has always been about me and my traumas. I have taken a few positive steps and I know the road ahead is not easy but I'm willing to crawl if that's what it takes and I know who my source of strength and resilience is . God has been and will always be good if we trust him completely. Thanks Mel for the wonderful work you do. Cheers from South Africa
